The whole team attends the daily scrum, including the product owner.

Everyone shows up on time and is ready to go.

The focus is on the team with updates directed at the other team members (not the Scrum Master or Product Owner).

Everyone is engaged throughout the meeting.

Our Daily Scrum meeting is always 15 minutes or less.

Impediments (blockers) are shared by team members.

While others might attend, the focus of the Daily Scrum is on the team and achieving the sprint goal.
