Leading with Agility

ICAgile LEADING WITH AGILITY is a six or twelve-week remote leadership intensive designed to greatly enhance your leadership skills while minimally impacting your work schedule.

All sessions run from 12:00pm - 2:00pm

We meet for six 2-hour sessions online. Between sessions, you will have access to video lessons, case studies, reading material, and assignments to aid in your immersion.

The work you put in between sessions is critical to your success in this course, as it will help you build the leadership capabilities needed to advance on your journey.

Weekday sessions are from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm to minimize work disruptions. In these sessions, we will discuss what you've learned from your independent work, engage in group activities to enhance and reinforce the learning and prepare for the next session.

Your progress is always a click away in our state-of-the-art Learning Management system, where you will be provided access to videos, documents, and assignments to complete. On average, there are 2 to 4 hours of independent work per week, in addition to the time, we spend together in session.

In addition, you get access to a Leadership focused community for six months from the start of this course. The community will allow you more time to practice the techniques and shifts in mindset with a cohort of peers and expose you to more leadership content from John Maxwell, Management 3.0, and other sources.

The Leadership Workshops are held remotely using Zoom or equivalent technology.
