The Agile Facilitation Masterclass - ICAgile ATF Intensive

This ONLINE class runs over 2 days from 8:00 am - 5:30 pm EDT

Duration: This is a 2 day remote intensive designed to greatly enhance your facilitation skills. We meet for 4, 4-hour sessions and enjoy a 1.5 hour break between morning and afternoon sessions.  There will be some prework prior to the first session.

Schedule: 

Day 1 Morning - 8:00am to 12:00 noon: 

  • The Agile Mindset and it's impact on Facilitation

  • The Facilitators Stance and an introduction to EQ 

Day 1 Afternoon - 1:30pm to 5:30pm:

  • Meeting Facilitation - learn all about how to facilitate different types of meetings using tools and techniques in experiential settings

  • Learn and apply a core facilitation framework to help you help your team get results!

Day 2 Morning - 8:00am to 12:00noon:

  • Master the Art of the Conversation - gaining ability and confidence with improving listening and coaching skills
  • Create the environment for high-performance.  Go beyond great facilitation as a Scrum Master or Team Facilitator and master skills that will serve your team better

Day 2 Afternoon - 1:30pm to 5:30pm:

  • Master the Art of Facilitating all the Agile and Scrum Ceremonies
  • End our experience together with an Open Space activity to explore new frontiers and challenges with facilitation in today's distributed world.  Gain skills to facilitate your own Open Space event!

Note:
To facilitate this event: We will be using Zoom for live, online sessions; Mural or Miro for collaboration, and Slack for asynchronous communication of course announcements, homework, etc. Equivalent tools may be substituted at our discretion.
