Duration: This is a 5-day remote intensive designed to enhance your Agile Coaching, facilitation, mentoring, and teaching skills. We meet for five 7-hour sessions; Yes!  This is an intensive course!  There will be some prework/homework before each session.

Alternatively, you can select the "Cohort Model," in which we meet weekly to cover the same material over six to eight weekly sessions (I customize for every cohort based on the attendees preferences)

You will gain access to video-based lectures and assignments, and we will meet on a weekly cadence for in-depth practice in all coaching competencies

• Mentoring and the difference between Mentoring and Coaching.  Practice Mentoring

Module 5

• Teaching - the art of Adult Learning.  Create a short module and teach

Module 6

• Organizational Change - Coaching the organization toward change.  Change Strategies and Lean and Agile Approaches to Change

Module 7

• Team and Organizational Coaching.  

Module 8

• Building and sustaining high-performing teams

Module 9

• Leadership Coaching, Contracts, and Agreements that work

Module 10

• The Art of Facilitation - Facilitation Stances, Facilitation Mindset.  

Module 11

• Facilitation Techniques and Practice 

Module 12

• Remote and Hybrid Facilitation.  Facilitation Practice

In addition, you'll receive one free 1:1 coaching session with your learning facilitator after the conclusion of the course so you can experience the support we provide to help you put into practice what you learn!

We also include access to our private community dedicated to Coaching and Facilitation for three months.  In the community, we extend your learning with more time to hone your craft in a safe environment with your peers. 

Note:
To facilitate this event: We will use Zoom (or equivalent) for live, online sessions, Mural or Miro for collaboration, and our private community for asynchronous communication of course announcements, homework, etc. Equivalent tools may be substituted at our discretion.
