A nine-week cohort for the technology and product leaders who sponsor change. It earns two ICAgile certifications in one journey and starts with the leader before it moves to the system.

This program builds the self-awareness first, then the relationships, then the business agility toolkit. Nine weekly three-hour sessions carry leaders from the forces driving change to a charter they can put to work.

Pre-work and AI coaches fill the weeks between sessions, so live time goes to practice, pair work and feedback.

Your organization gets leaders who share one language for change. Each participant presents a Transformation Charter to the cohort and leaves with a leadership development plan and two ICAgile certifications.
