You can state your strategy in one sentence. Can you name who you'd have to become to hold it?
Every leader I coach can tell me where they're going. The sentence comes out clean. Then I ask what they'd have to stop believing about themselves to get there, and the room goes quiet.
Nobody answers that question once. They answer it three times. The first answer is usually a credential, something they haven't earned yet. The second is a workload, something they'd do more or less of. The third one costs something, and it's the only one worth working with.
This quiz explores all three. You'll write your strategy in one sentence, answer the question three times, and get a read on the gap between where you're headed and the person who can get you there.
Your answers are yours. I'll send your result and your own words back to you by email.
Who this is for:
Leaders in transition. New role, new scope, or a strategy that needs a different version of you than the one who got here. If your plan is clear and your progress isn't, the gap is usually not the plan.
