This is a tough one to answer!  The Leading with Agility on-demand course has over 24 hours of video content spread over 30+ lessons!  

In addition, the currently running program from John Maxwell called "Leading through Crisis" has 8 lessons (all of which are available in our community as recordings).

Everything in our private community is recorded, so you can always watch the recording if you need to miss one of our live sessions.  

We also repeat sessions yearly, rotating through content to support new cohorts each year.  Our rotation is additive, meaning we add new pathways while keeping the old ones going.  

Our Leading with Agility course is accredited through ICAgile, and completion of the course and staying a member in full standing for at least a year will earn you a certification.  

We also administer Agile Meridian certificates of completion for the John Maxwell and M30 programs and are in conversation with the M30 folks for digital badging you can proudly display on your social media profiles.  Stay tuned!

Individual coaching is not included in this program. However, you can add a professional coaching package to this program anytime.  In fact, individual coaching, in addition to this program, is a natural fit!   

You get group coaching in our mentoring sessions and the power of your cohort to help you through your leadership challenges.

The Leading with Agility course is on-demand and on your schedule, so you are free to complete it at your own pace. 

The John Maxwell and Management 3.0 sessions run on a monthly cadence (each) offset by two weeks.  We alternate every two weeks between John Maxwell and Management 3.0 and will record all sessions so you can catch up if you miss a session.
