"It's all about continuous improvement and retrospective"
Teams don’t wake up one day and find out they are high-performing. They iterate their way using continuous improvement.
If you can choose to do one thing well, let it be the retrospective. A good retro solves all the other problems you have.
Many times, people focus on just getting the work done. If you embrace a continuous improvement approach where you are constantly looking at how you can solve problems by prioritizing them and then resolving the highest priority problem, you eventually get to the point where the problems that confront you are reduced down in number and size.

It was a pleasure and a privilege to work with Chris Daily. I joined his team when I took on a new role as Release Manager for FNF's Agency Solutions project. Chris is an exceptional leader and an outstanding mentor. He repeatedly demonstrated his ability to coach, motivate and drive his team towards the goal of timely, high-quality releases. Chris is highly energetic and always very positive. He excels at removing impediments and maximizing efficiency. Chris keeps abreast of the latest technologies, and strongly encourages feedback from his group as we work towards solutions to challenges. Chris is a consummate professional. I hope to get the chance to work again with him in the future.

Knows his stuff when it comes to scrum
Chris does know his stuff when it comes to scrum and how to get teams started and begin delivering. He instilled a process where we estimated a quarter, then when we got closer a month, then closer yet a week for delivery and the teams were very successful delivering this way. It was a pace we could work with and deliver consistently. Perfect for scrum teams instead of the up front date driven delivery method. He also taught me a lot about being a Servant Leader. I think that no matter how much I get that concept and practice it, the observations and guidance is always a good thing to have by someone how has good insight. Take his classes and see what you can get out of it! I bet you will be happy.

A key player on turning around failing projects
Chris Daily has been a client of Ambassador Solutions since 1998. I personally find Chris to be extremely effective in leading the development, delivery, and sales of Software Solutions. Chris has built some of the best engineering teams in the city. He knows what it takes to get a product delivered and gets it done. Chris has been a key player on turning around failing projects. In one particular case, he not only got the project and customer back on track but went on to direct the sales pursuit and deployment of another multi-million dollar engagement.
