At Stratice Healthcare, he served as the Chief Technology Officer to Fortune 500 companies such as Experian, Fidelity National, and Angie’s List, where he served as a Senior Director.

If you can choose to do one thing well, let it be the retrospective. A good retro solves all the other problems you have.
Many times, people focus on just getting the work done. If you embrace a continuous improvement approach where you are constantly looking at how you can solve problems by prioritizing them and then resolving the highest priority problem, you eventually get to the point where the problems that confront you are reduced down in number and size.

Chris does know his stuff when it comes to scrum and how to get teams started and begin delivering. He instilled a process where we estimated a quarter, then when we got closer a month, then closer yet a week for delivery and the teams were very successful delivering this way.
