Kanban System Design
Efficiency made simple: Transform your workflow from chaos to clarity
Kanban System Design is a two-day, highly interactive, fast-paced course accredited by Kanban University. KSD explores the principles and practices of Kanban, providing the foundational tools (principles, practices, values) necessary to build your own Kanban system. Learn what is needed to support a Kanban system to provide more effective service delivery. Understand demand versus capability within your services, and how to identify bottlenecks within your workflow. The course is unique in that it brings an engaging and interactive Kanban simulation to help you experience the principles and practices discussed.
Kanban is a management method that uses visualization and work-in-process limits to improve teams’ service delivery, optimize workflow, foster continuous process improvement, and deliver reliably at a sustainable pace. It’s grounded in evolutionary change that encourages to start with what is done now, respects current roles, and encourages acts of leadership at all levels. This allows organizations to evolve business processes gradually, define and use relevant metrics to measure progress, and significantly reduce the risk associated with complex change initiatives.
