Scrum is by far, the most popular agile framework and in this course, you learn all about Scrum and its application. You will learn all the roles, the ceremonies, and the artifacts, with plenty of quizzes, experiential exercises and coaching to help you put them to practice
Lean Thinking and Kanban
You also get an in-depth look at Kanban and practical ways to implement it. With plenty of exercises and quizzes and a community to help you through the work, you can use lean and Kanban to help your team achieve new levels of productivity! We add live-online exercises to reinforce what you learn asynchronously
